A very well equipped and comfortable apartment with generous terrace. Ground floor location gave easy access to the communal swimming pool and BBQ. Effective air conditioning in bedroom and living area. Good underground parking with lift access. Close to the local Lyons shops and the Westgate complex. Very good for partner with limited mobility.

The little touches that Philip had put in place. Eg tea, coffee, clothes powder, toiletries. The instructions on how to find the key and get into the property!
