There was a misunderstanding with the checkout time while it said 11am in booking thw host expected us to check out at 10am. Even so they were understanding. Otherwise it was great the apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable.

The metro station was in front of the Residhome aparthotel and it's a 10 mins train ride to the city centre. Lots of cafes, food shops and restaurants to choose from nearby. The apartment I stayed in had all you need for a comfortable stay with children and a huge balcony overlooking a quiet yard space. I received exceptional service from the receptionist Amina, she answered all my questions and was very welcoming and professional. Overall I would recommend this place if you travel with a family, need a lot of space in the rooms and the flexibility of a well equipped open plan kitchen!
