As an international traveler who has spent over 400 days traveling across Europe, I can say this is an objective and authentic review: I give this hotel a perfect score. Initially, I was hesitant to book because of some one-star reviews, but my experience was flawless. This chain hotel is excellent in every way. Whether it’s the price, the professional service at the front desk, or the spacious rooms, it deserves 100%. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is also a major plus—it’s right near a large Carrefour supermarket, and taking the tram to the Old Town is incredibly easy and convenient!

Great location and secure parking available. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room was very clean.
