I really liked the setup ofthis apartment and it made for a very comfortable stay over 12 days. The bedding was comfortable which is important for a longer stay. Plenty of very nice restaurants nearby ranging up to 2 star Michelin

The apartment is big and well equipped, but needs some investments to improve the quality of the furniture and of all services provided. The furniture appears somewhat dated and could use an upgrade. Investing in more modern, comfortable furnishings would significantly enhance the ambiance and comfort of the space. While functional, the decor feels old and lacks a welcoming touch that would make guests feel more at home. A refresh in design elements could improve the overall hospitality vibe. The private parking place is a big plus and also is very close to a supermarket.

The apartment was well equiped, clean and comfortable, as well as having plenty of space. There is a lift to the 6th floor which is the level the apartment is located. it had pleasant views, and a balcony to sit and enjoy the view of the building’s garden. We didn’t feel closed in because the buildings around us were much lower. The shower was very large. The kitchen was very well equipped. One thing that impressed us was the detail in the pictorial information that was provided to make everything easy. Languages in both French and English with drawings or pictures alongside to explain. It was the best information booklet I have seen. The location was excellent. There is a supermarket just a few meters down and across the road. It is about a ten minute walk to the Metro, and there are many restaurants in the area. It also feels a very safe area to walk in. The building itself has excellent security, as does the apartment. The communication with Lisa is outstanding. I needed to contact her before we arrived, and from that point on I had only to message her and I was confident of getting an almost instant reply. I had occasion to be very grateful for her attentiveness on our last day in Lyon when I locked my handbag in the apartment after I checked out. She was able to unlock the door remotely and I was able to retrieve my bag to my great relief.
