Spacious, we were able to check in early, friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean, location close to Metro for journey into Old Lyon. Adequate kitchen facilities for making breakfast and simple meals

It's a great location - a short flat walk to the nearest metro station and only a few stops to the centre. We will stay here again the next time we visit Lyon (which is a great place to visit with a brilliant public transport system). We had a one-bedroom appartment which was spacious - a large bed in the bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchenette was adequate for simple meals, with a full size table for dining and 4 dining chairs. There are at least 3 super-markets within walking distance, and a charming market Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings, near the 'Lumière Monplaisir' metro (the nearest). The road the hotel is on is not very interesting, but one block to the South, the Av des Frères Lumière, is full of interesting places to eat and drink, and buy delicious souvenirs! The staff are friendly and helpful and you can leave your bags in the baggage room - which we did both before check-in and after check-out.
