Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Everything was very, very clean and comfortable. The communal spaces, bar and welcome snack area were all much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious room with seating area and balcony. Comfortable bed. Good choices of cooked and continental breakfast. Very convenient to tram stop for exploring the city.

I thank the universe that I chose this hotel for a 1-day stay. I was traveling with my children to the Mont Blanc competition from Spain, and stayed for 1 night in Lyon. to rest. Great location, literally 4-5 minutes from the train station, great view from the room - a church, great conditions, good breakfast, and most importantly - incredible staff.And the reason is not just politeness, but the actions of the staff in critical situations. On the day of departure, after breakfast, I returned to the room to finish a few things on the computer and pack my things, and I suddenly and severely hurt in the area under the ribs.It was a hell of a pain, my children were scared, the staff came quickly, called an ambulance, the manager held my hand the whole time, calmed my children, who were already in shock, because I was screaming in pain, and after, when the ambulance took me away, the staff stayed with my children, bought them food,and upon my return they offered me 1 free night at the hotel! And this help is so priceless for me! I will be eternally grateful! Now I will choose only this hotel in Lyon!

Friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms. The elevator was a bit small but at least was fast so can't really complain. View from balcony was nice.
