The room was lovely and the air conditioning was greatly appreciated during the heatwave. The location was excellent and I was able to walk everywhere. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The location of the hotel was amazing, just a few minutes distance from the centre by walking. The staff were very approachable and nice, and the cleaning was more than enough. Also, the bed was comfy.

Location was near the metro and a lot of tourist attractions, you could get quick to the points of interest. Staff was really nice and helpful It was quiet for the center of the city

Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful, available anytime. The hotel is very close to both rivers and subway stations. 15 minutes walk to Old Lyon.
