Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. I had requested a street-facing room if possible, and they kindly gave me a beautiful corner room overlooking the street. I also asked whether I could leave my suitcase before my booking, and they were kind enough to let me check in early and provide the room keys straight away. The same level of service continued at check-out, as I was able to store my luggage and collect it later before my flight.

It's a great location, close to an amazing street of restaurants & brilliant shopping. This hotel is full of character and history. The staff were fantastic and all spoke excellent english... .although I know when in France I should speak french. If it's your first visit to Lyon this hotel is a great base. There was a lovely warm atmosphere the second you walk in the door. I will return.
