From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed—and this was mainly thanks to the incredible staff. Everyone was consistently friendly, polite, and always willing to help with anything we needed, showing genuine care and professionalism. It’s rare to come across such a warm and dedicated team that makes you feel so comfortable and valued throughout your stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options and high-quality ingredients—definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
