The Location was second to none, and it also had a lovely little balcony overlooking the main high street in Lynton. The owners also left us a welcome folder with all interesting and useful info.

Central location so you can walk everywhere, but it was still quiet (off-season). Car parking nearby. Comfy bed. Balcony. Didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all the necessary amenities. Provision of soap, shower gel, tea and coffee. Good communication with owners, who were receptive to the hot water issues during our stay. Sadly we weren't there long enough for them to put it right.

Location was great. Clean towels, bedding, kitchen area well furnished with utensils and crockery. Warm and cosy in kitchen lounge area. The king bed was very comfortable.

Excellent Comms from the owner before our stay. The flat is in excellent condition with a fully equipped kitchen and the bed really are very comfy. There was also a full compliment of toiletries and towels, tea coffee etc.. which is often rare for these kind of lets.
