Hosts were very friendly, helpful and informative. Comfortable and clean accommodation . Beds were firm. Location walkable to Valley of Rocks. Great breakfast.

The hosts made me feel truly welcome. They provide personalised breakfast choices with an order form the night before. They help with planning they day in Lynton, advising on walks and beauty spots with the helpf of information sheets. They show genuine interest in their guests.

I was welcomed with warm smiles when I checked in. There is off-road parking at the back, which gave me peace of mind. Each room has a different theme and is decorated accordingly. It is quiet at night and it is nice and clean. The breakfast is well prepared, not greasy at all, and very tasty.

Well appointed with great attention to detail. Room was spacious, airy, clean, comfortable, quiet and homely. The food was delicious and plentiful. The dining room was charming and a delight space to sit and have breakfast. The owners Chris and Leslie were wonderfully helpful and welcoming hosts. They have a lot of information available and are keen to share their knowledge of the area.

The couple that ran the b and b were lovely. Nothing was to much trouble, very chatty and friendly, Room was very comfortable and spacious and light and airy. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Bed was lovely and comfortable and shower lovely and hot. Couldn't fault our stay. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

A lovely traditional B&B in an excellent location, with beautiful gardens. Our room was cosy and clean and really quiet. It was ideal having a mini fridge to keep a small bottle of milk cold, the little treats in the room on arrival was a lovely touch. Chris and Lesley were the perfect hosts, very friendly, welcoming and approachable.The breakfasts each morning were cooked to perfection and the breakfast choice offering was great. Thank you for a lovely stay.
