Everything, an absolutely fantastic location extremely comfortable and run by the most excellent hosts. Steven and Wendy, thank you so much for making our stay such a memorable experience, especially with all the extra little touches. Also, the breakfasts were fantastic. Well done, and I wish you all the success for the future. We will return.

Very nice and quiet location but still close to Lynton which can be reached by a pleasant 10 minutes walk. The breakfast is delicious and Steven and Wendy are very kind. Steven is also great in giving good tips on activities in the region.

Information sent re restaurants and food providers. Good directions and info on parking. A cup of tea and offer of cake on arrival which was appreciated. Nice powerful shower in ensuite.

Friendly welcome with tea and cake. Big comfy bed. Great breakfast. Useful information about walks in the area.
