Lovely staff, great location (close to hiking trails and local amenities), good selection of breakfast food and clean, well-equipped rooms - overall, great value for money 😄 Also, fab vegan packed lunch 👌

Longmead House was an excellent location for us. The guest house is well run and makes an extra special effort to meet guests needs which was most appreciated. Excellent breakfasts and small, thoughtful, individual touches were employed, for example Mel's special ginger cake on arrival and little packet of tissues beside each side of the bed. Our hosts were friendly, and were able to advise us on walking opportunities locally.
