The location is perfect and the host ensured we had everything we need! As she knew about our anniversary trip, we arrived to a card and a bottle of prosecco. So thoughtful!

A fabulous apartment in a wonderful location. Beautifully presented with everything you need for your stay. Very comfy bed and wondeful waterfall shower and separate bath. The fresh scones with homemade jam and clotted cream were a very welcome bonus. Would definitely return!

This upstairs flat is just the perfect location in Lynmouth. We are returning customers to what we now call ‘our special place’ - the hosts are so thoughtful, it was my husbands birthday and along with homemade scones, homemade jam and clotted cream was a bottle of prosecco and a birthday card 👏🏻🙏🏻
