The location; the welcome pack; the Christmas tree. A cosy, clean, comfortable cottage in an ideal location on the edge of the estuary. Parking expenses covered.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying in this exceptional cottage. Well equipped, cosy and warm it has everything we needed and more. The location so close to the ever changing estuary was the icing on the cake!! We hardly used our car Lympstone itself is so well positioned to the train station and also to the foot/cycle path and it also has a great pub serving lovely food. We will definitely return to The Quay.
