Lovely property; clean, well equipped, complete & well situated. The host was very friendly & accommodating. Lots of attention to detail, such as tea & coffee, wine & cake, which was very thoughtful.

Beautiful place to stay with great facilities and a very comfy bed. Nice personal touches on arrival and owner made us feel very comfortable. Walking distance from Lymington and lots of pubs and shops to visit on route. Great place would love to stay again!

No 51 was a beautifully kitted out and very cosy quiet place to stay in the new forest. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, communication was great throughout. Being able to stay here made our visit to relatives really really easy and was much appreciated . Thank you.
