I could not fault this b and b. The hosts were lovely and the b and b was superb. The rooms are clean, bathrooms up to date (shower was brilliant), there good facilities like tv, dvd and book library, a smoker table ( may have been pool?) and an outdoor pool plus a nice patio and pond area you can sit at. View are nice, over the valley to the town on the opposite side or towards the sea. I will be recommend this place to friends and family. Lyme Regis is a lovely place to visit and this B and B was outstanding.
