The location is great and the apartment is bright and well decorated.The welcome pack was a nice touch. There are several places to eat within close walking distance.

Followed the instructions as to how they were written, and no problems. Collected keys from a key box at Lyme Bay Holidays offices on the outside wall (boxes numbered up for ease) which is about half a mile up the road, got to the property once parked up in Cobb car park and let myself in the rough the bottom door with the key code provided. Once in, we headed upstairs to the apartment and let ourselves in with the key we collected from the offices. Straight forward contactless check-in. Cobb Car Park was a little walk to the property, and you have to pay up to 6pm. Its free from 6pm - 8am. However, on entering the apartment there was a parking permit for 'Woodmead' carpark which you don't have to pay for which was a nice little extra, along with a complimentary bottle of cider, teabags and some milk and cookies! Thank you ! Woodmead car park is a little extra walk, again about half a mile or so, and a bit hilly to get to. This was not really a hindrance, but if you have young children or hard of walking it may pose a little challenging but its a nice walk through the streets etc. . All in all a very enjoyable stay and would recommend.

Very good communication with clear instructions for key collection and access to the property. It is a perfect gem of a holiday apartment.! Clean, bright, airy with beautiful views of Lyme Bay and a fantastic location. Comfy beds, small but clean and functional bathroom and kitchenette. Good wifi, parking permit was a bonus as was the welcome pack of tea/coffee/milk and biscuits. Will most definitely return!

Great location, fabulous views. Very well equipped kitchen and quieter than expected, given the location, right on the sea front.
