A lovely comfortable night with a marvellous sunrise out of our window the next morning. The staff and room were fantastic. The only thing that could be improved was the gluten and dairy free choices for breakfast. the staff were accommodating at making something from all the different options.

We booked a Cosy Double room, which was described accurately as being small - this managed our expectations so thank you for the honest description. The bed was ample for 2 people and the room didn't feel claustrophobic, (but it was tight moving around the bed and we both kept walking into the edge of wall-mounted TV). Lovely breakfast included in the price. The best location on the sea-front.

Our room was on the second floor, no lift and no assistance with luggage. The room was tiny. I think it would be better as a single room. There was no room for a table, chair or a wardrobe. Our clothes were left in the suitcase in an alcove. On the plus side this is a pub and served its purpose and the breakfast included in the price was perfect.

Lovely location with beautiful views, the property is quirky olde world shabby chic, but for us the whole team were outstanding from the warm welcome to the super breakfast, for guests with dogs too this is a really great place!

Location - Restaurant - style and comfort of room which is described as snug and it definitely is ! Staff were very welcoming the next day and the breakfast delicious.

The hotel is in a great position with great sea views. The staff and service was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.
