Beautiful cosy house with great facilities and plenty of space. Lovely layout for a family get together, and beautiful views from the garden. Ideal location for a stroll along the riverside into the town. It was so pretty and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean , very spacious, plenty of hot water and good location with excellent parking for at least two cars . The large dorma double room was particularly nice , with on suite bathroom and lovely view from large balcony. Location was great, hilly walk back from town which only took about 10 mins , but that’s expected, we are in Lyme , renowned for its hills !!

The property is spacious and cosy. The fire in the lounge was a welcome after a long day walking. Oak tree had everything you need for a great stay. The main bedroom upstairs was really big with comfy bed and a fantastic view! We loved the location. The river Lym walk into town is gorgeous. We took our 5 yo cocker spaniel Molly who also loved the home, the walks and the beautiful town of Lyme Regis. We loved our stay so much we are looking forward to returning next year.

The location was excellent, although the .8 mile was a very steep walk The bungalow was lovely and we enjoyed the garden
