Located in nice residential area. The room was very well presented, nice furniture, comfortable bed and very clean. Fridge and toaster in the room and a convenient breakfast table for two. A 20 minute pleasant walk to the centre a bit more difficult uphill return. Very helpful hosts .

Great to be able to park securely and not have to use the car again until we left. Special mention to the Royal Oak In Charmouth for lunch - perfect after our walk (clamber) along the beach.
