The fine print
As we are closed Sunday evenings the last check in on a Sunday is 6pm unless extended by prior arrangement.No Christmas Day arrivals (All Christmas bookings must arrive Christmas Eve or before or on Boxing Day) As we are closed on Christmas Day a festive breakfast hamper will be delivered to your room late on Christmas Eve evening.

The rooms are tatty, small and basic. We only needed it for a night whilst visiting family so it was perfectly serviceable. The staff member we met was friendly and helpful and couldn’t be faulted. The breakfast was very nice and although I didn’t have lunch my dad did and said it was excellent
