This is a convenient hotel perfectly situated in almost the centre of Lviv. Warm and clean and felt very secure. Gaining access was so easy and the host was very communicative when we spoke. I had a problem with the payment not going through, due yo my card company I think, so I was able to pay by cash with the on site staff, who were super friendly and soo helpful.
