The hostel is located right in a quieter part of the city centre. There is now a big banner that says "HOSTEL" so you can find it quite easily. The building is very old and it has character to it, proper Eastern European experience and yet it has great security measures. The receptionist (a young man) was very helpful and the hostel is very clean, quite modern with a playstation in the lounge area and a good sized kitchen to cook and eat. I paid £4 for the night, can't complain at that!

The stuff is friendly, the hostel is comfortable. Especially, I would like to praise the receptionist, whose name is Yura, a really kind and intelligent person. He answered all the questions that occurred and gave some advice about the city. It was a pleasure to have such a professional as a manager during my time at the In Town Hostel.

Superfast communication with the manager when I had problems very late to get in to the building. He also followed up later to make sure the staff had helped me accordingly. This is not so common at hostels who has lot of guests, so an award for this.
