Attended reception. Friendly staff. Lift. Single room was perfect, small and cozy and very comfortable, I felt cocooned. The bathroom was bright and clean, and the hot water ran immediately. The breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from, and as I was travelling all day the next day the kitchen kindly prepared me a lunch pack which made it so much easier for me.

stayed for two weeks at Hotel Ferenc (Ribas) in Lviv. I have been visiting Lviv regularly for many years and have stayed in quite a few different hotels. To my great surprise, my stay at Ribas/Ferenc was among the very best experiences. What stands out most is the exceptional friendliness and service-minded attitude of all the staff; you truly feel welcome here. The hotel itself features beautiful architecture, spacious and comfortable rooms, and an excellent breakfast

The breakfast menu was excellent and mine was cooked to perfection. The staff could not have been more helpful and there was a good choice of drinks and food. The girl in reception was a huge credit to the organisation. She made us feel welcome in Ukraine as volunteers
