Very helpful and professional staff Annia who gave me an additional blanket since it was really cold. Because of the staff I am giving 10, otherwise 9. Capsule was clean and comfortable (besides the mattress).

Great stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the capsuls were clean and comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and the location is convenient. I had a pleasant experience overall and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good hotel. Definitely worth it!

Best hostel in Lviv in every way, good concept of a hostel with capsuls. Comfort، privacy, social and very cheap. Yana is an amazing young and beautiful receptionist who always smiles. Thanks yana 🤗 I would definitely come here again if i come to Ukraine
