Pool was nice. Dinner and breakfast was a special experience. Property was well maintained and looked rather charming. Delightful experience overall. You really feel like at home.

What a perfect place and hosts, both James and Matthews attention to detail is second to none. They made our stay so special and we can't wait to return for another week's stay. Breakfast was excellent and loads of choice from cold meats, poached eggs, French toast, and the list goes on. The room was perfect, this is more than bed and breakfast I would say it's more like a boutique hotel with the nicest hosts you could wish to meet. Thank you James & Matthew for a lovely stay.

Peaceful location with perfect hosts. Sans Souci has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Both Matthew and James were excellent hosts and Matthew’s culinary skills were outstanding. Attention to detail was 10 out of 10 from pool bag, condiments, towels and it was great to have a mini bar. The pool was heated to a lovely temperature which was perfect after a long days drive.

The warmest welcome. A very comfortable and well appointed room. The grounds and swimming pool were a delight. The food and service, at both dinner and breakfast, were just superb. We were truly spoiled and look forward to returning one day.
