The staff were exceptional, without exception, from the check in tyo the bar to the wellness centre to housekeeping. Good choice of restaurants and bars, and just a nice relaxed atmosphere which you need after exploring Luxor! Really good location with a short walk to the corniche. Couldnot fault the place and would stay here again.

Amazing view of the Nile and the west bank and Valley of the Kings from the (5th floor) room. Super clean room, walk-in shower, huge comfortable double bed and good-size balcony. Water bottles were offered daily and a plate of fruits on arrival. All the staff were very kind and helpful. We tried the Lebanese and the Italian restaurant and they were both very good. Overall, our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations.

Really amazing hotel resort in a good location that has everything you need! It has 6-7 restaurants that all have a good selection of vegan options. The resort also has gift shops, clothes shops, bar, tour company and spa, which ultimately means you don't need to leave the resort other than when you want to see the historical sites of Luxor. Highly recommended to all looking for a luxurious hotel resort in Luxor.
