Outstanding customer service which was far better this time around on our 2nd stay here. Abdul, the restaurant manager, in particular, spent an hour of his personal time helping/advising us on our further travel plans in Egypt

From the moment we arrived at Spring Hotel, we knew we had found something truly special. Nestled along the Nile, this charming haven became more than just a place to stay — it became home. What truly made our 25-day journey across Egypt unforgettable was our incredible host Mu’min, whose warmth, care, and genuine hospitality elevated our entire experience. Every recommendation he gave us was spot-on — from local gems to hidden treasures — and he always checked in to make sure we were comfortable and happy. There was never a moment we didn’t feel cared for, seen, or welcomed. It felt like being part of an extended family — and leaving was genuinely difficult. A highlight was dining at Crocodile, his buffet just down the road — hands down the most flavorful, heartwarming meals we had in Egypt. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and the atmosphere echoed the same welcoming spirit we felt throughout our stay. We loved it so much that we extended our time — because honestly, we weren’t ready to leave. I’ve stayed in many places throughout my travels, but this experience set a new standard. Thank you for making our Egyptian adventure feel like coming home.

The hotel is in a very calm location but easily accessible with the ferries (we preferred the nice atmosphere on the West Bank to the business of the East Bank). It has a great view from the rooms and the rooftop. The rooms are very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There is soap but if you like shower gel instead of a soap bar, recommend to bring with you. Overall, highly recommend to stay in Spring Hotel.

Very friendly staff, especially Abdul & Asraf could not do enough for you, even organising Tours and boat too get to south bank. good location. Great views from Breakfast terrace, and some rooms. Overall for Luxor a great find. We would recommend
