The place is spacious and very well kept, I find the decoration has been done with great care and taste and having the swimming pool right front of the apartment is a luxury. However above all the people running it make you feel welcome and at home, facilitating everything from transport to food to excursions. Highly recommended and I will try to stay again next time I come to Luxor.

Great size rooms, beautiful facilities and great views onto the Nile all in a rural setting. Shuttle available at short notice for the 10min trip to the Ferry. Great hospitality from the team, including rushing us to local medical centre when my son had an accident. 20mins to valley of kings by car

This villa was amazing! Could not fault it at all! We felt we were in safe hand at this villa! Abdul was a very professional host and was very helpful in organising our trips (which were also 10/10) and airport transfers! The villa was spacious and clean and the pool was fantastic! The host at this villa went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing and comfortable! We had breakfast the morning before our trip on the roof terrace and the food was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this villa to others!
