The location on the Nile border is very nice, you can start your own boat trip here. The swimming pool looks nice but is cold. The staff is very friendly.

We loved our stay here, it is a beautiful hotel, we booked a premium room and were upgraded to an executive room in the newer building. The room was large and very comfortable, plenty of storage for luggage, clothes, toiletries etc. Large comfortable king size bed. Nice modern bathroom with good working fittings. Toiletries replaced every day. Nice balcony overlooking the pool, with Nile views and even a glimpse of the balloons each morning. Room had a safe, kettle with tea & coffee supplied. Onsite cafe and pool bar were great & very affordable (we didn't use the other restaurants). Pool was well maintained and always clean. Great breakfast, lots to choose from, eggs made fresh, plenty of fresh food, juice etc. Fantastic friendly staff, always said hello and asked if there was anything we needed. Easy to get taxis to and from the hotel. Probably 25-30mins walk to the main town area, temple, markets etc. Would definitely recommend.

The nile river view was amazing. The staff at reception was incredibly nice and friendly, especially Maria, our customer service assistance, who was very attentive.

Excellent location right on the Nile. Fantastic staff (especially Maria at Reception); great room; delicious breakfast buffet; great views from balcony.
