Hotel was in an excellent location on the main road across from the River Nile, 5 min walk from Luxor Temple. Pool area was lovely as was the beautiful garden. There is a lively shopping area behind the hotel, which the locals use. We found really good bakery & Shwarma there. Staff were all really nice & friendly, special mention to Mohammed on reception & Muhammad in the restaurant who were very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was good & plentiful.

The hotel, the staff and its garden shared with the old Winter palace are absolutely great. It has been always a pleasure to stay in this hotel, year after year. I will truly miss it! Especially, the lovely staff.

Breakfast was great especially the Omelette/Crepe station! Very nice pool, quiet and very relaxing. Spacious room, balcony overlooking the garden. Friendly staff, always happy to help.
