Location was great surrounded by agriculture and countryside yet easy access to river boats, shops, restaurants

The apartment was spacious clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is very central and on the quieter west side of the Nile. Little boats are available day and night to take you to the east side and there is also a public ferry. There were great views from the rooftop terrace. We arrrived after dark by train and Sari arranged for a car to pick us up from the station. The manager, Mohamed, was at the property when we arrived and he showed us around. He and another guest took the time to give us really useful orientation information on our arrival. At the end of our stay when we checked out we accidentally left our key locked in our room instead of outside the apartment. I think this was very inconvenient for Mohamed, the cleaners and the owners but they were very kind to us about this mistake. If you do stay here make sure you read the full instructions about checking out as they have a lot to manage already.

Great and hospitable hosts. We felt really well taken care of during our stay. Very comfortable and cozy place, high quality apartment with everything you need for your vacay. Good location to visit the sights in the western side of the Nile but also very close to ferry crossing to visit eastern side of the river. Great value for money. the apartment was really big. It was comfortable, and clean. There was wifi internet and air-conditioning There is access to common rooftop terrace It's located near the Nile bank, close to the private ferries and not so far from public ferry (which is really cheap) there are some restaurants nearby Mohamed Ali was really helpful, not only he helped us organize hot-air ballon over Luxor and trip to valley of the kings/queens but also he helped us solve the problem with some frauds from Aswan. We are very grateful to Mohamed Ali
