The hotel was very comfortable and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank Khaled for that. Also, the terrace view and the breakfast were amazing.

This is not a “Grand Hotel” even less is it a “Grande Hotel”! It is simply, a grand hotel, run by exceptional people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and special. Congratulations to every one of them! To Ahmed and Cash, Ahmeds super efficient service, and fine cooking skill complements Cash and his imaginative and splendidly prepared food. Zak will attend to your every requirement concerning travel, tours, visits and more with quiet efficiency. Everybody does their job excellently well. The cost of staying at this delightful hotel, on the much preferred ( quieter, cleaner, far more atmospheric) West Bank is little indeed compared with the real sense of satisfaction in meeting some delightful people. The rooms incidentally are spacious, meticulously clean, with large balconies, the air conditioning is efficient, and the food, freshly prepared and grown in Cash’s own gardens, is a treat. Thank you all!
