Beautiful location and nice room! Don’t book the top two rooms if you have a big suitcase, the spiral staircase is difficult to navigate.

The house was beautifully renovated and build into the city walls and cliffs which was amazing. The location was excellent and easy accessible The room was beautiful decorated, and the beds very comfortable. The free standing bath tub was a nice feature. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast excellent.

The hotel is very close to the centre of the city. Local bars and restaurants are very close by. The hotel does not have a lift and we were on the 4th floor. We knew this when we booked and it was not an issue. The room was excellent, free standing bath and comfortable bed.

I absolutely loved this unique hotel. As a UNESCO heritage building, it offers a truly special experience - having part of the historic wall in the bathroom was a beautiful surprise. Communication with management was excellent, and Lyudmila at reception was incredibly kind and welcoming. We had a lovely chat, and she even treated us to a homemade apple cake. A top-location hotel with a very friendly atmosphere and great comfort. I give it 10 out of 10 and highly recommend!
