Room: clean, well-appointed, very comfortable bed Breakfast: reasonable choice, fresh cooked eggs Location: perfect - very close to everything you need to see - and to excellent (free) public transport options.

Booked this weekend stay on my 19 year old daughter’s behalf, with short notice. Location was perfect and felt safe and secure. Breakfast was good - typical continental style. Staff and hotel were very accommodating as they allowed my daughter to check in earlier on arrival and check out later on her last day. Bed and bathroom were great. A couple of issues with payment for the hotel. I had paid on booking.com but the receptionist needed my signed authorisation, which we managed to do via email, however, shouldn’t be required as I had paid and my card details were on booking.com. The process was sorted swiftly, so all good in the end!

The room was a good sized corner room, with good windows that exclude external noise with curtains that black-out any external light. The room had good lighting and European power sockets.
