The hotel is great . Breakfast is also good . The room is very nice and clean . The lady by check-out is very kind and thank you so much Ottavio. He is a great person check-in was great with him we had a good time with him we travel a lot we are glad to meet people like him . He is a very profesional. We will visit this hotel again

We had an issue with a bed in one of the rooms we booked. Fernanda was very helpful and solved all our problems, changing the room. Also helped with other things. She is a true professional. If not she, I would have rated the hotel lower. Also cleaning ladies make their job good.
