we book the property to use swimming pool and jacuzzi, however upon arrival this facilities could be used only with some difficulty which created stress for our family team, also as we could not use the facilities as we are usually used to - I would not pay the money for this type of service

Great location — close to the tram stop and easy to reach both the airport and the city centre. The room was spacious, spotless, very well maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the access to the large Olympic-sized swimming pool, which I used every day — it was a real pleasure to swim there. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection to choose from. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I’d definitely stay here again.

I always feel welcome when I arrive at the Coque - the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I enjoy the breakfast selection, the rooms are a good size, the free access to the swimming pool is a great advantage, and the hotel is well located - right by the tram line.

The location is convenient for getting to the city center, as public transport in Luxembourg is free. The staff were friendly, though a bit slow — probably due to the system.
