All was good. Room was quiet, clean, spacious with an excellent shower. Breakfast made a good start to the day with cereals, meats, eggs, cheeses and fruit and good quality bread (although the really good quality bread ran out on the second morning). Location, 100m from a tram stop and close to many restaurants, couldn't have been better.
