It had everything I needed, 24hr tea & coffee facilities in the foyer and lovely buffet breakfast. Close to shopping centre and Luton interchange & train station. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Pros - breakfast was nice (but no hash browns was a grave error) - the bed was comfortable and we had a bath - there was a coffee machine in the room & unlimited teas, coffee and hot chocolate in the reception - great price - friendly staff - clean room Cons - loud noises outside throughout the night - from the train station and people out and about - no hash browns as aforementioned but it must be mentioned twice as this is a necessity for an English breakfast

The area is run down so the hotel doesn’t look much from the outside but the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. All common areas are clean, albeit dated. There’s a coffee maker in the lobby that saved us and was surprisingly good. Shower great pressure and hot water. It’s probably the best in town.

As usual this hotel delivered everything i expect from a Hotel in bucketfulls, it's professionally run from check-in to check-out. The Upgraded room was a pleasant surprise (Genius), large, bright and a with a nice vista/view to top it off., immaculately clean and very well presented including drinks, iron and safe. Breakfast was more than ample with a great choice for every taste. I'll be back :-)
