Public buses provide a service from Luton Airport to the hotel directly. Public schedule bus service is available from the main hotel entrance to the airport or to the town centre at a cost of GBP 1.60 per journey. This service runs every 15-20 minutes between 06:00 and 23:00.This property cannot accept cash onsite.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. We’d like to specifically mention Anjali (front desk in the morning), Malina (managing the breakfast buffet area) and Colin (night desk) who, each in their own way, looked after us. We were very delayed in arriving and did not reach the hotel until 0220, but Colin was very helpful and the notes on our account had told him we were going to be late. The room was spacious, quiet and although allocated a disabled room it was helpful for the space we needed for our luggage. We slept very well! Breakfast was a good choice of hot and cold food, with an opportunity to make your own waffles! Malina was incredibly helpful to all guests, welcoming us all and very personable… a real asset.
