Overall had great stay. Location is amazing. Property was quite dusty with simple decoration but bed was amazing and slept well. Breakfast options in village seem to only start at 10:00 so if want earlier breakfast need to take own.

Very clean and tidy cottage.beds comfy just a little soft for my liking but that’s a personal thing kitchen really well equipped back garden area very nice and very private and did friendly.

A really peaceful break. Waking up to birdsong instead of seagull squawks was terrific. The property was well appointed, had everything we needed and was spotless. We met with Adam round at the Village Rest Bistro - which we preferred to the village pub/Hotel. Everyone we met there were friendly and helpful. Well done, everyone involved.

Everything. Really clean and homely vibes. Smart tv in the living room was a nice bonus as well as i managed to get the football on now tv while we were having a rest in the afternoon. The cafe round the corner was fantastic as well. Best lentil soup I’ve ever had.

Beautiful scenic cottage. The cottage felt so homely and they went out of their way to make it feel that way with a Christmas tree too! The bed was super comfy and the shower was lovely. Joyce was always a message away if we needed anything and was very accommodating. We stayed here for a wedding at the lodge on Loch Lomond and it was a short walk away. We absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave!

We stayed in a cottage and the location was perfect, only a few minutes walk from the pier but still very quiet. Open plan living and kitchen/dining area was ideal. Back area was fully enclosed. Bed was very comfty (but small). Excellent communication with owners - being self catering we were left alone (as preferred) but owners easily accessible by phone or popping into the bistro round the corner.
