The property is ideally located in the suburb of Roma with a lot of coffee shops, eating joints, and grocery stores just within a walking distance. Also all major malls are less than 4-5 kilometers away.

The property was centrally located & could get anywhere with easy. Also had a local shopping mall which was really useful. The property has 24/7 power back up & the security was perfect with professional staff.
