Good location of the house to visit Lund (not so far from the center and worth to be visit). Private place for the car (not so easy to find as a tourist without Swedish ID). House is foreseen with all accommodation to pass a your holidays. Seen the weather, we couldn't profit of the garden, but in summer this must be a plus.
