The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.From 1 January 2025, a Local Service Charge of MYR 3.00 per room per night will apply to all guests staying in the state of Perak. This charge is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-out, in accordance with the Perak Hotel Regulations 2024.Please note that, the swimming pool will be closed on September 9, 2025 for maintenance purposes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The facilities were great. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. The staff also were great. Just slight inconvenience on the the pillow/bed had some unpleasant smells.. and also i found rat inside my room in the morning. Other than that I had no complaint.

Various choices for breakfast. The Rendang Dengdeng at dinner buffet was super delicious. The pool is really great for kids. The room, as usual, is very comfortable

We truly enjoyed the swimming pool, which felt like a theme park, it was the highlight for our kids. The breakfast spread offered a great variety of options, and the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating to our needs. The ATV experience was also a memorable activity that the whole family enjoyed together.
