I felt like at home with the warm hospitality of the owners. I liked the location a lot, few minutes drive to beautiful beaches, the house is between olive trees and you can chill out with the owners and other guests on the terrace. It was an even better experience than I thought.

This was a spectacular find: an absolutely spotless room, with high-quality linens and brand-new bathroom, in a beautiful and peaceful setting, all at a reasonable price. It's just outside Lumbarda, so a 4-minute cycle to the town or nearest vineyard (I visited more than one!). The couple who host this guesthouse are simply adorable, and invited myself and a friend to try their homemade liquors. There was a little fridge, beautiful toiletries, and mosquito netting and airconditioning. An excellent coffee can be found just 50m down the road, in an exceptional little cafe that also provide excellent cakes. I previously stayed for the same price in a room outside of Korcula town, and the quality was much, much lower.
