I really enjoyed the vintage vibe in the hotel and the employees were so kind (shout out to Luca aka Sancho and Chantal !). Also, the bus to go downtown is really close which made the whole trip so much easier. Also I really enjoyed the mirror set up and the lighting in the room which allowed me to put make up on really easily (quite rare that such a space would be dedicated to make up).

Location is a little outside of Lugano. Free transportations cards are provided, bus stop is across the street from the hotel. Staff is very helpful, we experienced problems with our rental car they helped us out at lot. Many thanks for that.

Pool. A really refreshing dip after a long hot drive. We were only there one night and it.was fine for that short stay but probably not much longer.
