The hotel itself is absolutely fine for those travelling on a budget. It is very pleasant with a cafe downstairs and nice friendly staff. My room was bright and clean although a little small and also looked out onto a wall (not the lake). But this is a good affordable option if you are staying for a few days and don't mind not being in the centre of Lugano and either walking or taking buses to get anywhere.

Very helpful staff. Excellent location with easy and free access (bus tickets were offered, just a few bust stop) to Lugano center.

The staff were very friendly, the lake view was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. This was my second stay here, and it was very comfortable once again.
