Without a doubt, the stay was excellent. I loved the hotel and the politeness of all the staff, without exception! All the waiters and bartenders were polite and kind throughout. I will definitely return to the hotel every year!!!

Location, beautiful pool and direct access to swim in the lake, terrace on the lake, breakfast, dinner and wonderful attentive and friendly staff. Also love to sit on the balcony of the room and watch the activity on beautiful lake Lugano. Quiet and peaceful but an easy walk or bus ride into the centre of Lugano.
