Lovely setting. Beautiful presentation of rooms and building. Lovely staff. Great location for everything, particularly when we found the funicular!

Lovely staff at the front desk and information on the desk really helped me make the most of the day and a half I was there. Luckily found out there was the Long Lake Festival on so I really enjoyed the concerts I saw, as well as exploring the art gallery, promenade and mountain funiculars and walks. Lugano blew me away in fact, and this hotel was perfectly located for everything to offer in the city. A very buzzing restaurant downstairs and their sister pizzeria was very good (discounted for guests)
